"Wok and Pan is a local and western cuisine restaurant that been around 2004. It is known for pork ribs and pork chop and their curry fish head, which are cooked à la minute (to order) and are all made freshly in-house. Started by Chef Richard Lim & his wife Sally Kuen, they bring together experience of both local & western food. Chef Richard was former executive chef in the 5 stars Renaissance Hotel Melaka where he started as self thought chef and climbed the ranks over the years. He been invited do cooking demonstration of Malaysia cuisine around the world and have cooked for Malaysian Royalties. Sally Kuen has been working and cooking for a Peranakan family since young and been supplying Peranakan food and kuih to hotels and restaurants"
