BONIA was founded in 1974 by Sang Sem Chiang, the Group’s Executive Chairman, who started the business of designing, manufacturing, and wholesaling leather goods in Singapore. Today, Bonia is an international luxury fashion retailer based in Malaysia which has more than 700 sales outlets across Asia. BONIA offers a wide range of leather goods including leather handbags, footwear, and accessories for both ladies and gentlemen as well as other non-leather fashion items such as men’s apparel. Today, BONIA has boutiques in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
